10/20/2013 - College PREP - Raleigh, NC Hannah is a R/R C from the 2014 class. Defensively, Hannah has a good set up behind the plate, has athletic actions and shows an understanding of receiving. She has good side to side mobility and should continue to work on keeping her hips low to block, quickening her footwork to throw and protecting her throwing hand behind the glove when blocking to avoid injury. At the plate, Hannah uses a simple set up with a bat wrap load, no stride and keeps her weight back before launching to contact. An aggressive hitter, Hannah will enjoy more success as she uses her lower half more consistently, improves timing and improves extension by keeping her hands through the zone as long as possible.
