She fields from an athletic position and has efficient footwork into the ball. Her hands are soft and her exchange quick and clean. Her movements are controlled and she works through the ball well. She has an accurate arm and shows strength in her release. Offensively, Hayley has a high setup and short stride. She uses her lower half well and has fluid timing. Her barrel is on plane and she makes hard contact with each pitch allowing her to hit to all fields.
