In the outfield, she has effective footwork and tracks the ball well off of the bat. She has a clean exchange and makes accurate throws. She needs to avoid drifting to the the ball. She needs to position herself behind the ball to come through with solid momentum into her throw. In the infield, she has active feet and moves well laterally to the ball. She stays low to her glove side and makes accurate throws to her target. She has good range and strength in her release. Offensively, she has a square set up in the box and sees the ball well to her barrel. She gets through to extension well in her swing and makes hard contact consistently to all parts of the field. Overall, Isabella has great work ethic and if she continues to work hard, she will do what it takes to play at the next level.
