01/14/2022 - 2022 Softball Factory Pre-Season All-America Tournament Isabella is a 3B with positive body language. She makes routine plays. In the box, Isabella is balanced and swings hard. A more discipline pitch selection and keeping her head and front side in the zone will improve her hitting game. Staying low in her transfer on defense will help Isabella take her game to the next level. Overall, Isabella is a team player who has the skills to continue improving her game on the dirt.
12/27/2021 - Softball Factory Christmas Camp & Tournament - Prospects Isabella is a 2022 graduate who plays 3B. She has great footwork to the ball and has a clean exchange. In the box, Isabella has a tall setup and low hands. She swings and gets to extension. Working on not dropping her hands and staying low in her legs when throwing will help Isabella take her game to the next level. Overall, Isabella has the skill set and tools to continue improving her game on the diamond.
06/25/2021 - Softball Factory All-State Tournament Isabella is a 2022 graduate who plays 3B/UT. She is a very versatile player and is willing to play anywhere she is needed. At the corner, Isabella has active footwork and makes accurate throws. In the box, she has a consistent swing and puts ball in play most of the time. She has great extension and an exit velocity of 62MPH. More hip drive and staying loaded in the box could help Isabella have more power at the plate. On defense, making sure that she is communicating with her teammates and calling balls in the air will make her a better threat in the OF. Overall, Isabella has the skill set and tools to improve her game on the diamond.
01/15/2021 - 2021 Softball Factory Pre-Season All-America Tournament Isabella continues to show as a prospect on the field. At 3B, she displays clean / smooth actions. Feet are active as she displays proper footwork as she works to square ground balls up and plays through with her body. Glove action is clean and presents well out front. Throws are accurate with carry (55 mph velocity) to her target but will benefit by building more arm strength through a long toss program. Range is a plus as she moves well laterally and covers a lot of ground. At the plate she continues to shine through an open setup. Hands are quick (62 mph exit velocity) and work through a level swing path. She makes consistent contact through a line drive approach. Power will increase as she utilizes her lower half more efficiently. Mental makeup is a plus as she is very coachable, works hard to be the best player she can be, and is a team player.
12/18/2020 - Softball Factory Academic All-American Tournament Isabella continues to shine on the field. At the plate, she shows an open setup. Hands are quick (61 mph exit velocity) and work through an aggressive swing path. She has strength in her swing and shows a feel for the barrel with power showing best to the pull side. At 3B, she displays clean / smooth actions. Feet are active as she displays proper footwork as she works to square ground balls up and plays through with her body. Glove action is clean and presents well out front. Throws are accurate with carry (54 mph velocity) to her target. She moves well laterally with range improving as she increase foot quickness.
05/30/2019 - Softball Factory College World Series - Prospects Select Training Isabella returns to another Softball Factory event displaying her developing skill set. She is athletic in her movements and is always ready for the next play ahead of her. Defensively, she has effective footwork and is agile in her range to the ball. She fields the ball out in front and creates solid momentum through each play. She makes accurate throws across the diamond and keeps a strong base in her position. At third base she needs to work on staying low in her legs when moving laterally to her glove side so that she can create more range in the 5/6 hole. Offensively, she has a tall set up in the box and loose hands through the zone. She is controlled in her rhythm and makes consistent contact to all parts of the field. Overall, Isabella displays good athleticism and will do what it takes to reach her goals.
12/28/2018 - College PREP - Swarthmore (Philadelphia), PA Isabella proves her dedication to the game as she returns for another event. In the box, Isabella is a RHH that uses a square stance with a short stride. She makes square contact and is a consistent line drive hitter. Working to see the ball deeper in the zone will allow her to be on time to contact and see an increase in her power production. At 3B, Isabella is an athletic player. She presents her glove on time, fields with sure hands and makes a clean exchange. She does a nice job of getting in line with her target and makes accurate throws. Adding a long toss program to her workout will allow her to develop more arm strength. Overall, Isabella is a pleasure to work with and she will have the opportunity to take her game to the next level.
11/08/2018 - Softball Factory Select Training & Competition at Historic Dodgertown (Grad Years 2019-2023) Isabella returns for the Softball Factory Select Training & Competition at Historic Dodgertown. Since her last outing, Isabella has proven she is ready to take her game to the next level. She has made increases to all her tool grades and improved her home to first and 20-yard dash times. In the box, Isabella is a RHH that uses a square stance with a short stride and centered balance. She makes consistent, hard contact and is able to work the gaps. Working to extend through contact more will allow her to see more power production. At 3B, Isabella is an athletic player. She has fluid footwork in her approach, presents her glove on time and fields with sure hands. She makes a clean exchange and makes accurate throws to her target. Overall, Isabella is coachable player with the tools needed to play at the next level.
08/26/2018 - College PREP - Trenton, NJ Isabella is a right handed third baseman with a developing skill set. Defensively, she has accuracy behind her throws to her target and makes routine plays. She sits too high in her legs and needs to focus on staying low through the ball and staying on the balls of her feet more. If she works on those two things she will create more range behind her defensive skills and get to more balls. Offensively, she has a square set up in the box and a short stride to the ball. She makes solid contact up the middle and gets to extension well in her swing. She makes consistently hard contact but could be even more powerful in her contact if she worked on driving through her lower half more in her swing. Overall, Isabella works hard and if she continues to do so she will do what it takes to play at the next level.
