12/27/2018 - Softball Factory Christmas Camp & Tournament (Grad Years 2019-2023) Isabella is a 2023 1B with a developing skill set. In the box, Isabella is a LHH that uses a square stance with a short stride and centered balance. She has a small load and creates fluids rhythm. She shows good pitch recognition and is able to work deep into the count. She is able to draw the walk and isn't afraid to take a pitch to become a baserunner. Working engage her lower half and extending through contact will allow her to see more line drive production. At 1B, Isabella handles the routine play. She breaks hard to the bag and is a good target for her INF. Adding a pre pitch approach will allow her to have smoother footwork to the ball. Overall, Isabella will continue to see improvements to her game with hard work and good coaching.
