Behind the dish, she presents a soft/sure mitt showing great pocket awareness sticking pitches. She uses her body well through the blocking process, centering balls well out front. Pop times showed a range of 1.98-2.23 with accuracy on her throws. Times will continue to drop as she builds more arm strength through a long toss program. In the OF, she displays smooth / clean actions. She takes proper routes / angles in tracking down balls and works to get behind and plays through with momentum to her target. Glove action is clean but needs to present more out front. Range is a plus as she moves well laterally and covers a lot of ground. At the plate, she shows a squared setup. Hands are quick (58 mph exit velocity) and work to and through a level swing path. She stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields through a line drive approach. Power will increase as she utilizes her lower half more efficiently. With 3 years to further develop, Jacee has potential with time and room to progress her game.
