07/16/2013 - College PREP - Plano, TX Jade is a developing athlete. As a 3B, she has a quick, accurate arm, confident glovework, fluid footwork, agile range, hustle and effort, and good transitions. Focusing on a smooth transfer when throwing will increase efficiency and fielding success. As a hitter, she has an aggressive approach with a balanced set up that produces powerful and consistent contact. Focusing on a stride and load, keeping the head on contact point, and bat extension after contact will generate more power and efficiency. Implementing a strength and conditioning program will increase speed, agility, power, body awareness, and coordination. As Jade continues to develop and mature through application and experience, she will be on track for seeking collegiate attention.
