06/23/2014 - Softball Factory World Series Jasmin continues to refine her skill set as a SS with eagerness. As a SS, she fields with sure hands, has active footwork that allows for her to get to balls quickly, and makes good routes to forehand/backhand allowing her to cover ground up the middle and in the 5-6 hole. Continuing to work on fielding the ball out in front and staying down and through the ball will improve fielding efficiency. As a hitter, she has a controlled demeanor in the box and produces consistent contact as she aggressively attacks the ball. She creates opportunities for herself to be an on base runner as well as puts pressure on the defense. She hustles out every hit, whether it's a ground out, pop fly, or base hit. Overall, Jasmin has a hunger for the game, a desire to learn the mental game, and a passion to become a better athlete. She will be an asset to any program as her leadership and enthusiasm are contagious.
