Working on reads off the bat will help to improve fielding efficiency. Overall, Jayde is aggressive and has a confident approach to playing defense. At the plate, she uses a back load, a short stride, and keeps her balance centered before launching to the ball with a level swing. She shows good power and will benefit from driving through the ball after contact to improve power, ultimately, allowing her to access the entire field effectively. Overall,, Jayde has a good frame for the position at 5'5 and has solid athletic ability to aid in her continued development as a player.
