11/24/2013 - College PREP - Savannah, GA Jessica is a young, athletic, sophomore catcher. Behind the plate, Jessica has a good frame, and sets up a great target. She is very vocal on bunts and has great footwork getting around the ball. Working on her arm slot will increase her throwing velocity and accuracy. Offensively, Jessica uses a closed stance, center balance, and a short swing to make hard contact. She is aggressive in the box and has some power. Working on her top hand and staying inside the ball will create more line drives and more consistent hitting. Overall, Jessica has a good presence on the field and will continue to grow and develop as a player.
