04/18/2021 - All-In Membership - Marlborough (Boston), MA Jillian McDonald is a 2022 Righthanded pitcher and 1B with a strong bat. She showcased her fastball, change and screw each demonstrating good control with her screw being hands down her best pitch with incredible movement and control. At 1B she showed bag awareness as well as great footwork and found the hops well. Her throws were accurate with carry with her quick short arm action. At the plate Jillian has a long level bat path while also creating good back spin at contact. She does display a calm balanced set up with a smooth rhythmic swing. Jillian showed a great attitude and has a lot of potential!
