02/22/2014 - College PREP - Mt. Laurel, NJ Joannah is a sophomore short stop with a well-balanced skill set. Defensively, Joannah receives the ball with soft and sure hands. She has an accurate arm and finishes to her target. Joannah has agile range and takes good angles to the ball. She is a vocal leader on the field, and will benefit from strengthening her arm. Offensively, Joannah uses a square setup with a downward and back load and short stride to make a positive move to the ball. She is an aggressive hitter with quick bat speed to contact. Joannah consistently hits the ball hard by staying inside and getting to the extension position. She is an athletic player that will benefit from keeping two hands on the bat. Overall, Joannah is a hardworking that will continue to develop as a player.
