Defensively, she has a carry on her throw, a quick exchange when receiving and keeps her head down and deadens the ball when blocking. Working on an athletic set up and gaining ground will help to improve position efficiency. Overall, she understands the position well and has a confident approach behind the plate. As a hitter, she produces consistent contact . She shows good power and will benefit from implementing a stride and load, driving the hands quickly through the zone on a level bat path, and utilizing the lower half to improve power on contact, ultimately allowing her to access the entire field more effectively. Overall, Jordan has a good frame for the position and solid athletic ability to help aid in her continued development as an athlete.
