01/17/2020 - 2020 Softball Factory All-America Pre-Season Tournament Jori joins us to receive Softball Factory Pre-Season All American honors. Jori is a hard worker that is also a team player. During game play, Jori had a strong showing on the mound. She shows good composure and works ahead in the count. She is able to finish the job and put K’s in the book. In the box, she has an aggressive approach and consistently puts the ball in play. She shows gap power and is able to hit to all fields. Overall, Jori is a versatile player that will continue to see success at the next level.
12/02/2018 - College PREP - Lynwood (Chicago), IL Jori is a 2022 right handed pitcher with a developing skill set. On the mound, she has a calm and confident presence. She extends through well on her release and keeps an open hip direction. She is athletic in her balance and stays tall in her finish. She hits her spots well and has solid spin on her pitches. Offensively, she has a square set up in the box and a short stride to the ball. She stays center in her balance and has fast hands through the zone. She is firm in her front side and level through the zone. She makes hard contact and has pop in her contact. She shows power in the gaps and if she continues to work hard, she will do what it takes to play at the next level.
