10/27/2019 - Interactive Video Program - Conway (Little Rock), AR Journey is a 2025 right handed catcher and third baseman with a developing skill set. Behind the plate, she makes the routine plays and works hard to frame the ball in the zone. She tends to stay upright with her body when blocking but if she works on getting her chest over the ball she will start to keep the ball in front more consistently. At third base, she gives great effort and is solid in her base. She makes accurate throws to her target and keeps the ball in front. Offensively, she has a square set up in the box and stays center in her balance. She has the ability to spray the ball to all sides of the field and is aggressive through her swing motion. Overall, Journey has great work ethic and if she continues to work hard, she will do what it takes to reach her goals.
