In the circle, she maintains good mound presence and athleticism consistently as she relies on her fundamentals and pitching arsenal when facing opponents. Working on accuracy and finish will help to improve pitchability. Overall, Julia understands the demands of the position and has a confident approach on the mound. As a hitter, she uses a short bat path with flashes of pop when making hard contact to the pull side. She shows good power and will benefit from implementing a stride and load, utilizing the lower half, and letting the ball travel deeper into the zone to improve power on contact, ultimately allowing her to access the entire field effectively. Overall, Julia has a good frame for the position and solid athletic ability to help aid in her continued development as a player.
