07/30/2013 - College PREP - La Plata, MD July is a developing athlete. As an OF, she has decent glovework and footwork and is aggressive on groundballs. Focusing on throwing regiment for arm strength/slot, routes to various balls, and getting to powerline will increase accuracy, velocity, and efficiency. As a hitter, she has an aggressive approach with a balanced set up that produces hard contact. Focusing on a stride and load, driving the hands through the zone, and an explosive lower half will increase power and efficiency. Implementing a strength and conditioning program will increase speed, agility, power, body awareness, and coordination. As July continues to develop and mature through application and experience, she will be on track for seeking collegiate attention.
