05/30/2013 - College World Series Select Training Kaeli continues to be a developing athlete. Her ability to make adjustments enhances her natural ability. As a SS, her strong arm and decent range produce routine plays when fielding. Continuing to focus on fluid footwork, confident glovework, and angles will increase efficiency and fielding success. As an OF, Kaeli has a strong arm and decent lateral coverage. Continuing to focus on fluid footwork, dropsteps, and getting to her powerline will increase efficiency and position awareness. As a hitter, she has decent dimension in the box, efficient bat path, and produces consistent contact. Continuing to focus on driving the hands through the hitting zone and utilizing the lower half will increase power and efficiency. Implementing a strength and conditioning program will increase agility, athleticism, and endurance. With continued application of recommendations, Kaeli will be on track for collegiate attention.
