She gets in an athletic, low, and square fielding position. She has a good pre-pitch approach and good reads off contact. Her transfers are quick and she makes plays consistently. Her throw is accurate and she shows strength in her release. At the plate, Kaitlin has a square setup and short stride. She loads into her lower half well and has smooth movements. She makes hard contact with the ball consistently and can hit to all fields.
