Working on direct arm slot and fluid footwork will help her make efficient plays. Overall, Kaitlyn is an enthusiastic infielder and has a confident approach to playing defense. At the plate, she has a square set up and quick bat speed before aggressively making contact. She shows potential for power and will benefit from utilizing her lower half and keeping the front side closed to improve power on contact, ultimately, allowing her to access the entire field effectively. Overall, Kaitlyn has a good frame for the position at 5'5 and has athletic ability to aid in her continued development as a player.
