03/03/2019 - College PREP - Sacramento, CA Kaitlyn is a 2020 outfielder with a developing skill set. Defensively, she has effective footwork and comes through each play well. She has a square fielding position and reads the ball well off of the bat. She is quick in her motion to the ball and positions herself well behind the ball to create good momentum through her throws. Offensively, she has an athletic set up in the box and a square stride to the ball. She loads back well in her lower half and is smooth in her rhythm. Her hips and hands work with together through her swing and she makes hard contact consistently to all sides of the field. Overall, she is very coachable and has great work ethic.
