12/16/2018 - Interactive Video Program - Madison (NYC), NJ Kaitlyn is a 2025 right handed outfielder and first baseman with a developing skill set. Defensively, she has active feet and range to both sides. In the outfield, she tends to field the ball middle of her body like an infielder so if she can focus on proper mechanics in the outfield, she will create more momentum through her throw to her cut off. In the infield, she makes accurate throws to her target and keeps her throws on line. Offensively, she has a tall set up and a short stride to the ball. She stays center in her balance and makes consistent contact. Her hips and hands work well together through her swing and she shows power up the middle. Overall, Kaitlyn hustles hard and has a great attitude.
