06/25/2019 - Interactive Video Program - Watertown, WI Katrina is a 2024 right handed shortstop and catcher with a developing skill set. At shortstop, she has a square fielding position and stays light on her feet to the ball. She has a clean exchange on her throws to her target and has solid momentum through each play. Behind the plate, she stays square in her catching position and has firm hands when framing the ball. She pops out quickly on bunt coverage and has a great follow through on her throws to bases. She makes accurate throws and gets over top well on her blocks. Offensively, Katrina has a square set up in the box and a short stride to the ball. She has quiet hands through the zone and makes hard contact consistently. Overall, Katrina is very coachable and has great work ethic.
