07/22/2019 - College PREP - Bismarck, ND Kelsey is a 2020 right handed shortstop with a strong skill set. Defensively, she has active feet and range to both sides. She stays low through each play and is quick in her exchange with the ball. She is short in her action to the ball and smooth in her transfer. She makes strong and accurate throws to her target and moves well through each play. Offensively, she has an athletic set up in the box and a short stride to the ball. She is fluid in her rhythm and center in her balance. She keeps her barrel level through the zone and makes hard contact in the gaps. Overall, Kelsey has a great attitude and work ethic.
