She has sure hands with a strong arm and accurate feeds. Kennedy has playable footwork and will benefit from working on her angles to her backhand. Offensively, Kennedy uses an athletic, square setup to make a positive move to the ball. She has a slightly upward swing with quick bat speed, which leads her to consistently make hard contact. Kennedy is a selective batter that hits the ball with power to both sides of the field. She has good extension through the ball, which allows her to hit the ball farther and with more power. By incorporating a better load into her swing, she will be able to use more of her lower half. Overall, Kennedy is a powerful athlete that will continue to develop.
