05/02/2021 - Official College Recruiting Membership - Rosemont (Chicago), IL Kiara Sheetz is a 2022 right handed pitcher and SS with an athletic build. On the mound Kiara showcased her fastball, change, screw and curve. She has good command over each of her pitches with sound mechanics. As she continues a strength program improving her arm strength and lower body strength her speed of her pitches will continue to improve and gain speed. At SS she is very agile with strong effective footwork. She does a great job feeding DP with strong accurate throws that were consistently on-line. At the plate, Kiara is very balanced doing an excellent job staying inside the ball with good barrel feel that resulted in an exit velocity of 57 MPH. Kiara is a hard working athlete who has the potential and work ethic to continue this progression to reach her full potential.
