In the outfield, Kiauna has an athletic pre pitch positioning with quick footwork. Kiauna will benefit from getting behind the ball and using her legs when she throws. In the infield, Kiauna has sure hands with and accurate throw across the diamond. She has playable footwork combined with decent speed. By working on staying lower in her fielding position while moving from side to side, Kiauna will be able to move quicker to her angles. Offensively, Kiauna uses an open stance from the right side. She has good extension through the ball and has some pop off her bat. From the left side, Kiauna has a short bat path and keeps her hips closed. Kiauna will benefit from letting the ball travel to its correct contact points so that she can hit the ball to all sides of the field. Overall, Kaiuna has many talents to add to the game. By working hard and exuding confidence on the field, Kiauna will continue to grow and develop as a player.
