07/22/2019 - College PREP - Bismarck, ND Kirsten returns to another Softball Factory event displaying her strong skill set and impressing with her positive attitude. On the mound, she is calm and confident in her demeanor and keeps good balance at all times. She is smooth in her mechanics and hits her spots well. She has solid command on her fastball and can mix speeds well. She needs to work on not slowing down her arm speed on her change up so that she can fool hitters more when mixing in her off speed pitch to. Offensively, she is tall in her set up and relaxed at the plate. She stays short in her stride and fluid in her swing path. She makes hard contact consistently and shows good pop up the middle. Overall, Kirsten continues to impress and will reach her goals.

08/18/2018 - College PREP - Sioux Falls, SD Kirsten is a strong, compact two-way player who is currently more advanced as a position player. She shows a smooth, clean delivery that is repeatable and allows her to control the ball around the zone. She features a four-pitch mix including a FB in the low 50's, a changeup with late fade and two breaking balls with good break. She can throw any pitch in any count and extends through release to get late action and finish on her pitches. At third, she has a good pre pitch routine to get in an athletic fielding position and has quick feet to move laterally to field. She presents her hands to field and has quick hands to get rid of the ball. At the dish, she shows a square setup with a strong stride to launch and extend through contact. She shows a line drive approach and makes consistent contact to all fields. More use of her lower half will lead to hard contact and more extra base hits. Kirsten is an intriguing prospect we look forward to continue following.
