07/09/2013 - Advanced Training and Competition at the World Cup Kyla continues to develop athletically with maturity. Her work ethic and willingness to learn and to make adjustments sets a tone on the field. As a SS, she has an athletic fielding position, confident glovework, feeds, and pivots, and fluid footwork. Continuing to focus on quick transfers and an aggressive approach to the ball will increase efficiency and fielding success. As a hitter, she has a balanced setup, hits hard through the ball, good bat extension, and an athletic swing. Continuing to focus on an athletic setup and quick bat speed will increase power and efficiency. Implementing a strength and conditioning program will increase speed, agility, power, body awareness, and coordination. As Kyla continues to develop and mature through application and experience, she will be on track for seeking collegiate attention.
