01/25/2014 - College PREP - Jackson, MS Crystal is an athletic, sophomore outfielder with a well-balanced skill set. Defensively, Crystal has soft, sure hands and plays through the ball well. She has playable footwork with agile range when moving from side to side to the ball. Crystal takes good angles to the ball and makes accurate throws. Crystal will benefit from strengthening her arm. Offensively, Crystal uses a square setup with a downward load to make a positive move to the ball. She has a level swing path and maintains centered balance throughout her swing. Crystal has good box presence and makes consistent contact. Overall, Crystal is an athletic player that will continue to grow and develop.
