In the field, Lauren shows a good prep step and fields the ball out in front of her body. She throws from a high 3/4 angle and keeps her throws accurate to her target. Increasing her lateral range can help Lauren improve defensively. At the plate, this RHH sets up in a square stance and takes a short stride. She gets good extension through the ball and uses the entire field well. Working a smoother load into her swing can help Lauren improve as a hitter. Overall, Lauren is a developing prospect who has the potential to further progress her skills on the field.
