Behind the plate, she stays low in her catching stance and receives the ball quietly. She has a clean exchange on her throws to bases and works well with her pitcher. She displays strength behind her throws and has proper footwork. Offensively, she is relaxed in the box and loose in her hands. She is controlled in her stride and displays speed in her hands through the zone. Overall, Lauren has great work ethic and is a team player. If she continues to work hard, she will do what it takes to play at the next level.
