02/18/2012 - Softball Factory Premium Video Program Lauren has nice presence on the mound. Her pitch speed is average. Would like to see her work on her arm angles and hitting her spots. In the box Lauren has an athletic stance. She is aggressive and takes a short path to the ball. Would like to see her work on being quicker to the ball and driving through the ball with her lower body. Lauren's work ethic will allow her to have continued improvement on the mound and in the box.
07/06/2011 - Softball Factory Premium Video Program (West Haven) Pitching: Lauren's pitch speed is average. She is athletic on the mound. She needs work on hitting spots and needs continued work on arm speed and leg drive. Lauren has potential for growth for both speed and consistence. Offense: athletic stance, path to the ball looks good, contact and follow through looks good, need work on the quickness to the ball, need work in strength and condition. Overall: Lauren attitude and work ethic is right on target. Lauren should have many opportunities to play collegiate ball.
