12/09/2018 - College PREP - Nyack (NYC), NY Leanne is a 2022 right handed second baseman and pitcher with a developing skill set. Defensively, she has fluid footwork and range to both sides. She stays square in her fielding position and receives the ball with soft hands. She has a quick exchange on her throws to her target and stays short to the ball in her actions. She makes accurate throws to her target and keeps the ball in the infield. On the mound, she has a calm presence and extends through well on her release. She has an open hip direction and stays tall in her finish. She is fluid in her arm motion and stays controlled with her mechanics. Overall, Leanne hustles hard and is very coachable. If she continues to work hard, she will do what it takes to play at the next level.
