Defensively, she has a strong base at first and and stays low in her legs through each play. She comes through the ball well and fields the ball out in front. She keeps solid momentum into her throws and displays strength in her release to her target. Offensively, she has a tall set up in the box and a soft stride to the ball. She loads back well in her lower half and is center in her balance. Her hips and hands work well together through her swing and she makes hard contact consistently. Overall, Lena hustles hard and has great work ethic. If she continues to work hard, she will do what it takes to play at the next level.
