02/16/2019 - Mid Atlantic Regional Softball Hitting Weekend It was great to see Lillian back at the hitting weekend! In the box, she sets up in an athletic and relaxed stance with loose hands. By using more load initially and then weight transfer throughout the swing to contact she will improve her power and consistency. Overall, with continued hard work and development she will be a good contact hitter.
07/12/2018 - Advanced Training and Competition at the International Cup (Grad Years 2023-2025) Lillian is a 2025 outfielder with a developing skill set. Defensively, she is very vocal in the outfield and aggressive to every ball. She adjusts well and is a student of the game. She needs to work on tucking her glove when she runs for balls in the gap and taking better angles so that she can be the most efficient when tracking balls down. Offensively, she keeps her head on the ball and makes consistent contact. She has some work to do in her hitting mechanics as far as her swing path and leg drive but with continued hard work she will do what it takes to get better and play at the next level.
