01/26/2019 - Interactive Video Program - Dayton, OH Lindsay is a 2024 right handed catcher and third baseman with a developing skill set. Behind the plate, she frames the ball well and has soft hands when receiving the ball. She is short in her action to bunt coverage and works well with her pitchers. She keeps her throws on line to bases and stays low in her catching position. She needs to work on being quicker in her transfer so that she can get the ball to the bases quicker creating more outs for her team. At third base, she has effective footwork and range to her glove side. She has soft hands when fielding the ball and she creates good momentum through each play. Offensively, she has an open set up in the box and quiet hands through the zone. She stays level and hits the ball hard consistently up the middle. Overall, Lindsay is very coachable and has a great attitude.
