Her accurate arm and on the line throws create for good double play feed. She is able to throw on the run with a quick glove-to-hand exchange in order to get the out. Behind the plate, Mabry has active footwork that allows her body to remain quiet while blocking pitches in the dirt. In the box, she has a square and center balance set up. Her simple swing allows for consistent hit balls. Mabry remains smooth in the box with a lateral load and fast bat speed to help her be able to place the ball on all parts of the playing field.
