01/15/2021 - 2021 Softball Factory Rookie Pre-Season All-America Tournament Madison is a very talented RHP who showed well at the Pre-Season All-America Tournament. She fills up the zone and attacks hitters, challenging them to swing the bat. She has sound mechanics and repeats her delivery well. She commands her FB to both sides of the plate - 53-56 mph. Curveball shows tight spin with good dropping action, getting GB outs. She also throws a dropball with has good sink and late action. As a hitter, Madison shows an athletic/balanced setup with loose/active hands. She jumps on pitches she likes and barrels the ball up, looking to drive the middle of the field. Working to engage her lower 1/2 more and creating more extension through contact will help to increase pop off of the bat. Only a 2025 grad - Hamilton has the tools on the mound that will provide success for the years to come.
