Working on an athletic pre-pitch position, reads off the bat and backhand glovework will help to improve range and efficiency. Overall, Madison has an athletic build and confident approach to playing defense. At the plate, she uses a square set up with a short stride and keeps her balance centered before aggressively producing hard contact. She shows natural power and will benefit from implementing a consistent stride and load to improve timing and power on contact, ultimately allowing her to access the entire field effectively. Overall, Madison has a good frame for the position and solid athletic ability to help aid in her continued development as a player.
