Defensively, she has active footwork and s square fielding position. She is agile in her range and tracks the ball well in the gaps. She has a clean exchange on her throws to her target and is accurate to her target. Offensively, she has a relaxed stance and loose hands in the box. She activates her lower half well in her swing and has good weight transfer. She is on plane to the ball and makes hard contact consistently. Overall, Makayli hits the ball hard and is aggressive both offensively and defensively.
