10/06/2019 - Interactive Video Program - Parker (Denver), CO Makenna is a 2025 right handed catcher and shortstop with a developing skill set. Defensively, she has active feet and range to both sides. She stays low through the ball and has a clean exchange on her throws to her target. Behind the plate, she receives the ball well and gets over top on her blocks. She frames each pitch in the zone and pops out quickly on bunt coverage. She is accurate in her throws to bases and is sooth in her release. Offensively, she has a tall set up in the box and an on time stride to the ball. She is center in her balance and has the ability to spray the ball to all parts of the field. Overall, Makenna is very coachable and hustles hard.
