05/28/2021 - Official College Recruiting Membership - Columbus, GA Mary Catherine is a talented 2024 C/SS! At SS, Mary Catherine has a strong arm and gets over the top of the ball well. She has good range and moves side to side well. Something for her to work on is playing through the ball more, and working on a quicker exchange and release. Hitting wise, Mary Catherine has a good load and solid contact point. If she can work on driving her legs and lower half, she will be more powerful at the plate. Also, if she can work on quicker bat speed and staying direct to the ball, she will hit the ball harder. Overall, Mary Catherine is extremely coachable and someone our staff would love to work with again!
