05/20/2018 - College PREP - Tacoma (Seattle), WA Mary is a 2022 right handed shortstop with a strong skill set. Defensively, she has quick feet and shows solid range to both sides. She stays athletic in her fielding position and has a clean exchange on her throws to her target. She makes accurate throws and keeps her throws on line to her target. Offensively, she is athletic in her set up and has a square stride to the ball. She loads back well in her legs and stays center in her balance. Her hips and hands work well together and she is explosive with her bat through the zone. She shows power in the gaps and makes consistently hard contact. Overall, Mary works hard and if she continues to do so she will make a great asset to a collegiate level team in her future.
