Defensively, she has a consistent arm with carry on her throw, makes good double plays and moves well laterally to various balls. Working on an aggressive approach to the ball will help to improve efficiency. Overall, Maxine has a confident approach to playing defense. As a hitter, she has an aggressive approach that produces hard contact to the pull side. She shows good power and will benefit from implementing a stride and load, a short bat path and timing to improve power on contact, ultimately allowing her to access the entire field effectively. Overall, Maxine has a good frame for the position and solid athletic ability to help aid in her continued development as a player.
