05/30/2013 - College World Series Select Training Micaela continues to develop athletically. Her athletic presence, communication skills, and eagerness to be a student of the game sets her apart from her peers. As an OF, she has decent reads off the bat and routes to groundball and flyballs. Micaela's demonstrates leadership by her command of the field and aggressive approach. Continuing to focus on getting to her powerline and arm slot between various defensive positions will increase efficiency and fielding success. As a hitter, she has power and consistency. Her ability to make adjustments shows the determination she possesses to get better at every outing. Implementing a strength and conditioning program will increase overall agility, athleticism, and endurance. With continued application of recommendations, Micaela will be on track for collegiate attention.
