03/07/2021 - All-In Membership - Bowie, MD Milee is a 2024 OF/2B with a balanced skill set. In the box, Milee is a LHH that also slaps. She uses a square stance with a short stride and centered balance. She has an aggressive approach and makes consistent contact. She shows line drive power. She is able to read to the defense and power slap to catch the OF off guard. Placing the ball in the 5/6 hole will allow her to round out her slap approach. In the OF, Milee shows active footwork. She reads the ball well and fields the ground ball off the front foot. She gets in line with her target and makes accurate throws. Playing through the ball will allow her to generate more momentum to her target. At 2B, Milee shows good field awareness. She fields with soft/sure hands and makes a clean transfer. She moves well to the backhand and makes a good transition. Working on her double play timing will allow her to play through the bag more. Overall, Milee is a coachable player that will continue to improve her skill set
