Behind the plate, she has active feet and moves well around the ball on her blocks. She receives the ball well and has a clean exchange on her throws to her target. She is short in her action to the ball and is quick in her release. Defensively, she has effective footwork at shortstop and displays good velocity behind her throws. She moves through each play well and keeps the ball in the infield. Offensively, she has an athletic set up in the box and loads back well in her lower half. She is center in her balance and hits the ball hard to the opposite side. Overall, Miley works hard and if she continues to do so, she will do what it takes to play at the next level.
