Defensively, she has active feet behind the plate and gets over top of the ball well on her blocks. She stays athletic in her catching position and fluid in her action. She replaces her feet with her knees well and frames each pitch for her pitcher. She is vocal behind the plate and makes accurate throes to bases. Offensively, she has an athletic set up in the box and an on time stride to the ball. She is smooth in her timing and shows power to all sides of the field. Overall, Molly is very coachable and with continued hard work she will do what it takes to play at the next level.
