01/08/2021 - 2021 Softball Factory Pre-Season Prospects Tournament Morgan is an athletic 3B who will graduate in 2023. At 3B, she displays smooth / fluid actions. Feet are aggressive as she works around balls but needs to play through with her body. Glove action is clean but needs to present more out front. She moves well laterally with range improving as she improves foot quickness. Throws are accurate with carry across the diamond but will benefit by building more arm strength through a long toss program. At the plate she shows an open setup. Hands are quick (60 mph exit velocity) and work to and through a level swing path. She makes consistent contact through a line drive approach. Mental makeup is a plus as she is very coachable and works hard to be the best player she can be. With 2 years to further develop, Morgan has potential with time and room to progress her game.
